I have developed a tutorial on what should be filled out and how, most is straight forward, but after a few outside submission, some are having trouble with the how, and why. We would like this to be a professional looking as possible, and not filled with spam, we will edit, and correct as needed.

This is for your company name, this area is not for Keyword or phrase filling.

This description is for the actual page that gets created for you profile. Here is your chance to give people a good feel for what you do, as well as add on topic content which helps the links to your site. This description can be up to 1000 characters, which is about 3 paragraphs.

This is for your domain name, your main index or home page.

This area is if you would like to add a bit extra for your profile, and add a logo. This is auto configured to 60 by 60 so if your image is smaller or bigger, it will not show properly.

Here is the spot for your main keyword or pharse, this will link to your profile. Since we still have some bugs to work out, and a few more things to add on, this will also tell us what category to put the site in (which was forgotten about, duh on me :) )

This category description is just what it says, this is the short description, similar to other directories. A short simple writing of what the site is about, or what they can expect when they click through to the profile created.

Internal links is up to 6 links that go into your site, not just to your index or home page. This could be to product pages, about us, information, or another section of your site, if you just put 6 links to your index page, your submission wil be deleted.

Pretty straight forward, your name, the name of the person submittion the site.

Your email address, this WILL NOT be used for spam and we WILL NOT sell your domain name. At most we will use this to let you know about updates with the directory, or to contact you about problems with your submission.

This is optional, however, we would like this to be as professional as possible, if you show the company or your number on the wesite submitted, then I don't see an overall problem having it here as well.

This is where the business is located, again this information is usually avalible on most site, and we would like it here as well. This is another option, it doesn't have to be filled in, but we would prefer it.

Name of the city where the business is located.

State or Province, this is going to be expanded, as site grows for those outside of North America.

Country the business is located in.

You must link to us, to get a listing. The link should not just be thrown onto a links page, and we would prefer this be on a page no more then 1 level doen from the index or landing page.
